This significant investment will enable the company to focus on its product development. Key milestones include launching a mobile app, extending AI capabilities, and integrating new service lines.

Our mission is to revolutionise property investment through cutting-edge data insights, fuelling key initiatives like the launch of our mobile app and expanding our AI capabilities. Property Filter’s SaaS platform was originally developed as an in-house tool to expedite the founder’s own property investment journeys. The tool aggregates and delivers data insights to facilitate property investment decisions. The platform leverages data to provide sourcing agents and property investors with a step-by-step blueprint to find opportunities within the market. The results are tailored towards the user’s individual investment strategies, streamlining the often-overwhelming volume of information provided when doing this research organically.

Property Filter is currently integrating its platform with education providers to make courses and programmes more effective. By doing so, they are providing insights that will allow mentees and students to achieve better results. This integration is a key element of future-proofing the brand and solidifying their place in the PropTech industry.

A key factor in Property Filter’s success has been the community it has built up.

The UK property market is a vital part of the economy. A recent study showed that the industry generated a turnover of over £65 billion in 2022. Property Filter is well situated within this landscape to empower its customers with reliable data and insights.

“We are so proud to see Property Filter secure this investment”, said BEC Chief Executive Daniel Evans, “a strong product that has struck a chord with their target audience backed by a dynamic & ambitious team – the perfect recipe for success. We are proud to call them one of our own and this investment now brings funds raised by BEC alumni to a massive £70.5m”.
