BEC is proud and excited to be nominated for two awards at this years National Enterprise Network Awards!
BEC has been nominated for the Enterprise Support Organisation of the Year Award and Sustainability in Enterprise Award. The National Enterprise Network Awards celebrate the very best of England’s enterprise and business support organisations.
“Every organisation featured on the 2023 National Enterprise Network Awards shortlist has clearly demonstrated excellence in the delivery of enterprise support, either in the community or in educational settings which focus on embedding entrepreneurial spirit and enterprise“, said National Enterprise Network Chairman Alex Till, “Selecting a shortlist is never an easy task, but this year’s entries provided a great insight into the fantastic enterprise-related initiatives and committed professionals working incredibly hard across the whole of England in these challenging times.“
“Having won the Enterprise Support Organisation of the Year Award in 2021, we are very happy to be considered for this award once again“, said BEC CEO Daniel Evans, “However, I am particularly delighted about the Sustainability in Enterprise Awards nomination which I think has been well earned through all the work our Sustainability Lead Maddie Booth and those that have supported our sustainability programmes over the last 18 months – generating some fantastic impact in a vital area of work“.
The winners for the awards will be announced at the National Enterprise Network Conference and Awards taking place on Friday 24th November 2023 at Barclays UK HQ in London. The conference brings together movers and shakers from across the enterprise support sector to discuss important issues and challenges to enable better support for businesses across the country. Collectively, the NEN membership supports over 93,000 businesses.
