We have developed an 'away day' for those in leadership roles or business strategy roles to educate, engage and plan company priorities in sustainability.
This is catered more for a corporate audience but can be applicable to larger SMEs.
The course is designed around four interconnected modules:
- Understanding changes and risks
- Business levers, enablers, and mechanisms for change
- Leadership for sustainability
- Business Strategy workshops, communication and roadmapping
Tailored Seminars and Workshops’
We create particular workshops for organisations, incubators and accelerators to educate employees or communities in sustainability. These can be done virtually or in-person at a location of your choice. These are interactive sessions and are half presentation/ lecture focused. half seminar work-based.
